It was an excellent choice from all points of view.The location is really exceptional.It is perfectly positioned,being able to reach extremely easily in just a few minutes both in the beautiful historical center of Parma and at the train station.The room,like the whole structure,is furnished with good taste and elegance and the bathroom equiped with everything you need.The services offered are far above standarts(rich and diversified breakfast,excellent wifi,exemplary cleanliness),but above all it is the kindness and gentileteness of the host who offered us a invaluable help in getting tickets to the opera,while also helping us with keeping luggage after check-out time.Grazie dal profondo del mio cuore per tutto!

This property is centrally located, can’t get any better, Massimo was extremely helpful greeted us at the front door explained all that was needed, helped us book our tours and went the extra mile coming with us to park the car. would have no problem coming back for a second stay. thank you Massimo 😊👍

I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.
