Very friendly and helpful staff welcomed us. The room was quite compact, but very clean and well prepared bathroom linen. The breakfast was very sociable, sharing a large kitchen table with the other guests. The location was perfect, in the historic centre, a few minutes walk from the stunning cathedral and the museums.

What a fantastic place. The owners are literally the friendliest, most welcoming people imaginable. They take great pride in their business and it shows. They are communicative, warm, funny, helpful, kind and it bears repeating: very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable, clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was so helpful in the brutal summer heat. They give you a voucher for breakfast around the corner, and are very helpful with recommendations in Parma. A truly incredible value for such an affordable stay with so much included (they even leave Prosecco and a snack in the evening outside your room). We only wish we had stayed longer than one night. We thank Roberto & Paolo for their incredible hospitality. So, so nice.
